Every team has a part to play. This section outlines the specific roles of leadership teams within Passion Church—from A-Team to Safety to Facilities. Know who does what and how we support one another through clear responsibilities.

The Safety Team exists to protect the anointing over Passion Church—guarding the presence of God, the peace of His people, and the pastors who lead our house.
This team creates a secure, distraction-free environment so that worship, teaching, and ministry can flow without interruption. Through spiritual discernment and practical readiness, the Safety Team ensures Passion remains a place where people can freely encounter Jesus.Core Responsibilities
Protect the Atmosphere of Worship
Maintain a calm and watchful presence throughout services to protect the peace and flow of the Holy Spirit.
Proactively deter disruptions so that guests can focus on Jesus, and pastors can minister without distraction.
Cover entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas with prayer and attention.
Guard our Pastors & Platform
Remain aware of who approaches the stage or engages with pastors and leaders during and after services.
Be a silent shield—ready to intervene when needed, while honoring the flow of ministry.
Emergency Readiness
Respond quickly and discreetly to any medical or safety situation.
Know locations of AEDs, first aid, and fire safety tools.
Follow our emergency response protocols and support others in remaining calm.
Family & Child Safety
Protect the integrity of our Kids and Youth spaces by monitoring hallway access and verifying check-in tags.
Remain alert to who is in these areas and partner with Kids/Youth leaders to ensure a safe experience for all children.
Spiritual & Practical Awareness
Stay in communication with your team using radios or approved channels.
Complete a short report after each service if an issue or incident occurs.
Pray over the campus and team during your rotation. Your spiritual posture matters.
Oversight & Expectations
All members are selected, background checked and trained under the Safety Team Coordinator with oversight by the Executive of Operations.
Service typically rotates 1–2x per month.
Each team member must:
Be spiritually mature, emotionally steady, and physically capable.
Wear a team badge or lanyard while on duty.
Operate with humility, confidentiality, and a heart to serve without being seen.

The HQ Station Coordinator's primary focus is to greet and welcome all dream team members. Whether a first-time team member or a returning team member, the goal is to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere, helping with the check-in process and answering any related questions.
Oversee the check-in process, ensuring an easy log-in for all team members and making sure lanyards are available.
If you have issues with check-in, notify the Sunday experience lead coordinator.
Offer Planning Center support and troubleshoot any technical issues related to the app.
Extend a warm welcome and offer assistance to first-time team members.
Assemble first-timer gifts before Sunday morning to ensure readiness.
Distribute first-timer gifts as a token of our appreciation for their involvement.
Foster connections among team members by facilitating introductions and encouraging networking.
Ensure the snack bar is well-stocked with water and snacks. Monitor and replenish supplies as needed.
Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances or requirements during a Sunday service.
During Sunday Experience, problem-solve and address any unexpected challenges that may arise.
Send a weekly email to the Sunday experience director and or lead containing the names of first-time attendees and also listing First Timers who did not attend. Include any encountered issues and provide feedback aimed at improving future events.

PARKING LOT TEAM COORDINATOR
The Parking Lot Team Coordinator is responsible for leading the team to ensure they work together cohesively to meet their objectives and provide a positive experience for Churchgoers.
Reports to the Guest Experience Pastor.
Adheres to and shares the Mission, Vision and Values of Passion Church with the team.
Recruits and trains Team Leads, delegating responsibilities and ensuring the smooth functioning of the ministry.
Collaborates with Passion Kids Parking lot to ensure safety for all Passion guests.
Fosters a sense of community encouraging members to connect, support one another, and engage in activities that promote unity and a sense of belonging.
Mediate conflicts or disagreements within their teams.
Encourage personal spiritual growth among team members.
Reports to connections Pastor with any issues and or communication.
PARKING LOT TEAM LEAD
The Parking Lot Team Lead works with the Parking Lot team to assign positions. Facilitating the smooth traffic flow, guiding vehicles to available parking spaces, and warmly greeting and assisting churchgoers and visitors. They prioritize the needs of elderly or disabled individuals, maintain a safe environment, and direct visitors to the Connection Station.
Reports to the Parking Lot Team Coordinator.

PARKING LOT TEAM MEMBER
The Parking Lot Team facilitates the smooth flow of traffic, guides vehicles to available parking spaces, and warmly greet and assist churchgoers and visitors. They prioritize the needs of elderly or disabled individuals, maintain a safe environment, and direct visitors to the Connection Station.

The Welcome Team Coordinator leads the Sunday Connection Station Within this role, the Welcome Team Coordinator has a range of responsibilities, including coordinating these teams to ensure that each team works together in unity to meet their respective objectives and provide a positive experience for churchgoers. Additionally, when special guests are expected, the team coordinator assigns a team member to accompany them and provide them with the utmost Passion Guest Experience.
Reports to the Sunday Experience Lead Coordinator
Recruits and trains Team Leads, delegating responsibilities and ensuring the smooth functioning of the ministry. Introduces all pamphlets and gives an overview of our Welcome Tent.
Trains new Team Members on all information coming from our Welcome Tent.
Fosters a sense of community, encouraging members to connect, support one another, and engage in activities that promote unity and a sense of belonging.
Mediate conflicts or disagreements within their teams.

Team Lead
Organizes and instructs the team on information, handouts, and gifts; the Connection Station can be found in the tent before entering the church. Visitors are guided to this spot to access information about the church service and the various ministries offered by Passion Church. Our team will gladly escort those with children to Passion Kids for check-in.

Team Member
The Connect Station can be found in the tent just before entering the church. Visitors are guided to this spot to access information about the church service and the various ministries offered by Passion Church. Our team will gladly escort those with children to Passion Kids for Check-ins

Team Leader
The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the greeter team. They assign greeters to ensure adequate coverage for church services.
Reports to the Welcome Team Coordinator.

Team Member
Greeter Team Members welcome churchgoers as they arrive, offering a friendly greeting and helping them feel comfortable.

Courtesy Team Coordinator
Responsible for leading three the prep team, coffee, and Merch Team. Within this role, the Courtesy Team Coordinator has a range of responsibilities, including coordinating these teams to ensure that each team works together cohesively to meet their respective objectives and provide a positive experience for churchgoers.
Reports to the Guest Experience Pastor.
Adheres to and shares the Mission, Vision, and Values of Passion Church with the team.

Prep Team Lead
The Prep Team Lead sets a time with the Team before Sunday morning service to create an aesthetically pleasing environment in the sanctuary’ Overseeing the team as they straighten up, add to the cards, envelopes, and pens in the back of the chairs, and ensures the sanctuary is ready for service.
Reports to the Courtesy Team Coordinator.
Recruits and trains greeters, delegating responsibilities and ensuring the smooth functioning of the ministry.

Prep Team Member
The Prep Team comes in before Sunday morning service to create an aesthetically pleasing environment in the sanctuary. This team straightens up, adds to the cards, envelopes, and pens in the back of the chairs, and ensures the sanctuary is ready for service.

Hospitality Team Member
Hospitality is a multifaceted team that touches up the bathrooms and sets up drinks and snacks for our Pastor and those serving. The Hospitality team ensures that the treatment of churchgoers or visitors is warm, friendly, and welcoming. It involves creating an environment where individuals feel comfortable, respected, and valued. This includes but is not limited to stocking snacks, drinks, bathroom supplies, and wiping everything down. Additionally, when special guests are expected, the hospitality team takes pride in accompanying and providing them with the utmost care.

Coffee Bar Team Lead
The Coffee Lead gives guidance and direction to the Coffee Team. Assumes responsibility for both coffee preparation and the management of coffee-making equipment. Their duties encompass the arrangement of the coffee station, ensuring all necessary supplies are available (such as cups, lids, stirrers, and condiments).
Reports to the Courtesy Team Coordinator.

Coffee Bar Team Member
A Coffee Bar Team Member executes tasks related to coffee preparation, set up, clean up, and customer service under the guidance of the Coffee Bar Lead.
Reports to the Coffee Bar Lead.

SANCTUARY SERVICE COORDINATOR
The Sanctuary Service Coordinator leads three distinct teams: the Section Host, the Seater Host, and the Door Host. Within this role, the Service Coordinator has a range of responsibilities, including offering, communion, assisting in baptism, and coordinating these teams to ensure that each team works together cohesively to meet their respective objectives and provide a positive experience for churchgoers.
Reports to the Guest Experience Pastor.
Adheres to and shares the Mission, Vision, and Values of Passion Church with the team.
Recruits and trains Team Leads, delegating responsibilities and ensuring the smooth functioning of the ministry.
Fosters a sense of community encouraging members to connect, support one another, and engage in activities that promote unity and a sense of belonging.

SANCTUARY SERVICE TEAM LEAD
The Sanctuary Service Team Lead, leads the Section Host, the Seater Host, and the Door Host. Leading and directing the team in the offering and communion and assisting in baptism when requested. There may be multiple areas where you will help lead according to your Coordinator and our Sunday events.
Reports to the Sanctuary Service Coordinator.

SANCTUARY SERVICE – DOOR HOST
The Sanctuary Service Host serves as a greeter at the sanctuary's entrance. They welcome and assist church attendees as they enter the sanctuary. This can include offering a friendly smile, a handshake, or a word of welcome. After the service, Sanctuary Door Hosts open the doors and thank everyone for coming.
Reports to the Sanctuary Service Team Lead.
SANCTUARY SERVICE – SEATER HOST
Sanctuary Service Seater Hosts are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all church attendees by assisting them with finding appropriate seating, providing information, and ensuring a smooth and organized seating process during church services and events.
Reports to the Sanctuary Service Team Lead.
SANCTUARY SERVICE – SECTION HOST
The Sanctuary Service Section Host's primary role is to create a welcoming and organized environment for churchgoers and visitors. To spend time with people after they are seated. Develops rapport with churchgoers and watches to ensure safety.
Reports to the Sanctuary Service Team Lead.

The A-Team exists to support and strengthen the administrative and operational health of Passion Church across campuses.
They serve as operational liaisons, troubleshoot logistical issues, provide coverage across Dream Teams, oversee offering collection and count, and track key data for decision-making—all while upholding Passion’s mission and culture standards.Core Responsibilities
Operational Support & Oversight
Serve as a point of contact on Sundays and at events for resolving in-the-moment challenges across teams.
Identify and fill administrative and logistical gaps during services to ensure smooth operations.
Actively monitor team coverage, readiness, and equipment needs, stepping in as needed.
Offering & Financial Oversight
Oversee and execute the tithe and offering collection and count process after the 10:30 AM service.
Ensure compliance with all financial accountability standards, including physical counts, deposit slip completion, Planning Center logging, and secure handling of funds.
Escalate discrepancies or concerns to the Operations Pastor immediately.
Data & Metrics Tracking
Record service and event attendance using Planning Center tools.
Track social media engagement and live stream participation on platforms like YouTube and Facebook.
Monitor hospitality supply levels (e.g., coffee, snacks, water) and report inventory needs weekly.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner with Dream Team leaders to ensure coverage, efficiency, and morale.
Collaborate with the Operations Pastor to identify recurring pain points or improvement opportunities.
Help onboard new A-Team members and model culture standards during coverage assignments.
Oversight & Structure
All A-Team members are personally interviewed and onboarded by the Executive of Operations.
Regular check-ins and feedback are provided to support growth and alignment.
Members are expected to serve 1–2 Sundays per month and attend monthly leadership meetings when scheduled.
