1. Culture & DNA (Spiritual Foundation)

2. Team Expectations (Practical Clarity)
What to Expect:
Scheduling:
Serve ~3 Sundays/month. Enjoy one “family Sunday” off each month. Confirm via Planning Center.Time Commitment:
1.5–2 hours per service
Depending on team, you may have pre and post-service duties.
Reporting:
Know who you serve under — connect with your Team Leader for direction.
Communication & Giving:
Use Slack for team updates and invite. All team members are encouraged to tithe as a spiritual posture.
This helps you show up with clarity and purpose.
3. Leadership & Growth (For Newers & Aspiring Leaders)
Roles: Team Member → Team Lead → Coordinator → Director
1:1s: Regular check-ins to align vision and development.
Huddles: Brief gatherings for prayer, encouragement, and clarity.
C.A.R.E. Leadership: Accountability, Attitude, Responsibility & Empowerment.
Feedback Culture: We grow best in community and transparency.
This is your path for growth and deeper engagement.
4. Role-Specific Essentials
If it’s your first day, don’t worry. Someone will be coming alongside you to show you around.

Dress Code & Arrival: Arrive early, dress modest, check-in at HQ, grab your lanyard (be sure to get the right color).
