Leaders Guide - Dream Team Expectations

  • Honor up, down, and all around. We speak life and lead with integrity.

    • Be available 3x/month

    • 1 Sunday each month to attend with family

    • Confirm schedule via Planning Center

    • Communicate weekly with your Coordinator or Director

    • Minimum: 1.5–2 hours per scheduled Sunday

    • For some roles (ex: Count), additional 20–30 min pre or post-service

    • Attend all Trainings for your Team

    • Use Slack

    • Stay up-to-date with Planning Center invites

    • Be present at Huddles

    • All Dream Teamers are encouraged to worship at the altar

    • From the altar, usher in the presence of the Holy Spirit before the 5 minute countdown ends

  • All Dream Teamers are encouraged to tithe

  • Coordinators & Directors

    • One-On-One check-ins every 2–4 weeks depending on your team

    Huddles

    • Led by Team Leads or Coordinators

    • Includes prayer, weekly focus, and a spirit of celebration

    Empowerment Pathway

    • Dream Team → Team Lead → Coordinator → Director

    • Training and mentoring available at every level

    C.A.R.E. Model

    Leadership Feedback

    • Feedback goes both ways
