Be available 3x/month
1 Sunday each month to attend with family
Confirm schedule via Planning Center
Communicate weekly with your Coordinator or Director

Minimum: 1.5–2 hours per scheduled Sunday
For some roles (ex: Count), additional 20–30 min pre or post-service
Attend all Trainings for your Team

Be present at Huddles

All Dream Teamers are encouraged to worship at the altar
From the altar, usher in the presence of the Holy Spirit before the 5 minute countdown ends

One-On-One check-ins every 2–4 weeks depending on your team

Led by Team Leads or Coordinators
Includes prayer, weekly focus, and a spirit of celebration
