    We address ways to improve while intentionally recognizing what is good. We give guidance with encouragement, truth with grace, and solutions with humility.   • Forgiveness is essential to spiritual growth and is a direct reflection of the nature of Jesus within us. To withhold forgiveness is to hinder our spiritual journey and allow offense to take root.

  • We believe in the power and presence of God. We do not build around a person, personality, or ministry. We center everything on Jesus, remain sensitive to the Holy Spirit, and pursue His presence asking what He wants for His House.

  • We put people first because people are the purpose of ministry. We prioritize relationships over tasks, processes, and programs, understanding that the hearts of people matter more than simply getting the job done.
