Purpose of the Job:

• To oversee and lead Passion Kids ministry, creating a safe and nurturing environment where children encounter God, grow in their faith, and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum for Sunday services

• Recruit, train, and lead volunteers (Dream Team) for the kids’ ministry

• Organize and plan engaging events and activities

• Ensure a safe environment for children during services

• Communicate with parents to ensure alignment with ministry goals

• Coordinate with other departments for special events and outreach opportunities

Qualifications:

• Experience in children's ministry or education

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to create a fun and engaging environment for kids

• Passion for ministry and seeing children grow in their faith
