Job Description:
The Summer Intern will support Passion Church staff and ministries through behind-the-scenes preparation, Sunday execution, and midweek involvement. Interns will receive mentoring, contribute to real ministry impact, and complete a leadership project over the course of their internship. This is an opportunity to explore calling, grow spiritually, and develop practical leadership skills in a life-giving church environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support Sunday services with setup, teardown, team flow, and logistics

• Shadow and serve alongside staff in assigned departments

• Assist with event planning, ministry prep, and Dream Team support

• Participate in weekly training and intern development sessions

• Complete a capstone leadership project

• Attend team events, outings, and debriefs

• Strong communication and follow-through

• Teachable, humble, and flexible in a team setting

• Reliable and willing to take initiative

• No previous ministry experience required—just a passion to learn and lead
