Job Description:
Our General Application exists to connect with faith-filled, team-oriented individuals who want to help move the mission of Passion Church forward. Whether you’re called to pastoral care, kids ministry, creative design, admin, or event execution, submitting a general application allows us to keep you in mind for upcoming roles or future staff opportunities.

Responsibilities (Potential Based on Role):

• Support Sunday services, midweek operations, or creative content delivery

• Work under direct supervision from staff leads in ministry-specific areas

• Assist with leadership development or Dream Team execution

• Contribute to the planning and execution of outreach or discipleship initiatives

• Maintain alignment with Passion’s mission and culture across all tasks

Qualifications:

• A heart for ministry and a willingness to serve the local church

• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate clearly

• Alignment with the vision and values of Passion Church

• Flexible availability and openness to various levels of commitment (project-based, part-time, seasonal, etc.)

• Ministry, admin, or creative experience is a plus—but not required to apply
